I emailed about 4 times, called, left a message and have still not heard back from this company about the issue I had with my order. I love shopping small and usually customer service outshines but I am still waiting to hear back. Watch band is massive and I was hoping they could send me an extra snap to install.

It’s a really good size a bit more flexible than I was expecting but that doesn’t bother me. I also like that you can adjust the strap.

There were scratches on the bag when I received it. It is supposed to be white and there were black marks.

I like the bag for its shape and size. I love the fact that it is a belt bag and still big enough to hold all esential things.
However, Im not a big fan of the black buckle. A white of gold buckle would have looked better with the other parts on the bag.
This bag is a super pretty off white colour! More like light beige! The material isn’t stiff, it’s quite soft and flexible! Super cute!
Excellent quality- for someone who has super long thick hair I find hair ties to be a struggle…. Until I tried this one !! Also I love that it doesn’t loosen over time after multiple uses it still looks and feels the exact same from the day I bought it - 10 more please !!!!!
