We ship to anywhere in Canada, United States Of America.
We offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more to Canada and the United States Of America.
Duties may apply for our American customers.
What are the shipping options?
We use standard shipping to keep costs low. Expedited may be available for some products at an additional cost. Please contact us.
Shipping to the United States is $3.95 USD when you spend under $75.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Tracking numbers will be updated within 24 hours of placing your order for non-jewelry items. The average shipping time is 2-7 business days.
Our jewelry is handmade to order here in Canada. Please allow a few days processing for your jewelry item to be made.
How can I track my package?
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is mailed out to you.

I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto filled the incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and let us know. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours.

We hope that you love your purchase from The Smart Minimalist however, we understand that sometimes you may have second thoughts or the fit just isn't right. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the package's delivery date.
All orders can be canceled until shipped. You must contact us right away. Once the tracking number has been provided, you will have to start the return process.
If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact us. We can process a refund anytime, within 30 days of the delivery date.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective within 90 days of receipt. Please contact us for a replacement.
Items Not Eligible for Return
To be eligible for a refund the item must be unused, undamaged and in the original package (if applicable). Any smell or stains of any kind will not be accepted.
Some items are made to order, and shipped directly from the artisan. Please contact us to begin the return process to receive your refund.
Once you notify us, we will send you the return shipping slip. Print the slip and pop the item back in the mail. We'll process your refund after the package is mailed out! This is at NO cost to you.
From time to time, packages are lost in the mail and- it sucks.
If your package is taking longer than expected, please contact us to begin an investigation.
If for whatever reason, you fail to receive your package all together- we will issue a replacement. In the event a new item cannot be shipped, a refund will be offered.
